Discreet Appearance of Fire Sprinklers and VIP

Due to complete in the near future is The Living Room Bar and Restaurant at The Harbourside,Bristol. This contract has been carried out for a new client Multibuild Ltd, who approached Thermotech to carry out the works due to the complexity of both the shop fit and the mechanical service design. The works entail providing 2 no sprinkler life safety zones feeding approximately 200 heads over 2 floor levels. The bar and restaurant areas are protected by Reliable XL commercial sprinkler heads, specified by the project designers for its discreet appearance and life safety approval.
The complexity of the sprinkler design meant a total of 6 pre-contract design meetings were required to establish every pipe position prior to prefabrication. The sprinkler design process took around 4 weeks to complete. 

The opening night party has been arranged for the 8th of November, with the VIP guest of honour being the one and only US former Playboy model Carmen Electra. We have consequently been overwhelmed with engineers volunteering to attend the evening!
